Henry was elected to the Board in 1999, has served two years as Vice-president and is currently serving as President/Chair of the Board for a third term.  He has attended Federated Co-op Limited training courses completing the Level I and Level II director training.

Henry has been a member of the Finance, Facilities and Member Relations Committee and in 2004 that included sitting on the 75th Anniversary Committee.  As well, Henry has attended several Federated Co-operatives Annual Meetings and Fall conferences, many times acting as a delegate of Weyburn Co-op.

Henry has served as Co-Chair of Regina Region R5 executive committee since 2003.

Henry feels the Weyburn Co-op, through the strong support of it's membership continues to be a community builder providing support to organization in Weyburn and the surrounding area.  He also feels that Weyburn Co-op continues to grow, provide personal service, upgrade and build new facilities, support community projects and generate new jobs.
