We also feature in-store made sausage and hamburgers and a value added section which offers specialty products ready for the oven. The department has an in-house marinating tumble bin and a smoke house for specialty in-store developed products.

Services include fresh baked product 7 days a week. With our steam oven we now bake specialty European breads and buns, special orders welcome. We provide a special order service for all types of meetings or functions. We also provide in-store cake decorating and edible image cakes which are produced from any type of picture you may have. All cake decorating is done on the sales floor for the customer's entertainment.
